Hydro-Jack Sequence

The hydro-jack is a staple exercise in water aerobics and this video will show you how to do it along with 3 different variations. Enjoy the video and have fun incorporating it into your classes.

If you have other variations of the hydro-jack that you love to do please share by posting a comment or email it to me at:  gettingwettogetfit@gmail.com.

  1. Awesome variations! I also do a "T" jack with my classes. They make a "T" with legs together and straightarms out, then an "A" with legs apart and arms down to the side. You will feel resistance in the inner leg and arms and it's always fun to change things up a bit!

  2. Thanks Michelle! The "T" jack is really good in the deep end because you bob up and down less with that one.
